The strange and rare Golden Mandorida obsesses over a specific human, to the point of falling in love, and inserts itself into every dream they have for years. At first, its presence in dreams provides the human with comfort, but as they begin to realize it's always going to be present in dreams every night, it's presence slowly turns their dreams into nightmares trying to figure out what it is. Doing this for years, it eventually drives people to madness. While it's always hiding just out of sight and has never been observed eating, if the human it's obsessed with sees it with their own eyes while awake, they end their own life in a panic.
