Destined to repeat an endless cycle of being abandoned by its mother, it steals other species of eggs to attempt to be the mother they never had. Not understanding which eggs they are collecting, the Cheepsie is almost always eaten by a predator that hatches from one of the eggs it has stolen. Having the longest incubation period for their own eggs, the newly born Cheepsie is born believing it was abandoned by its mother and begins the cycle anew.
