Mary is traumatized by what she has seen and she decides to leave her farm. She knows that she can never go back, and she doesn't know where she will go. But she has to get away from here. She packs a few belongings and gets into her car but how can she go? As Mary is about to leave, she hears a voice in her head. It is the voice of the creature, and it is telling her that she can't leave. The creature needs her, it says. It needs her to help it understand the world. Mary is terrified, and she tries to fight the creature's influence. But she is weak and exhausted from the fight, and she soon succumbs to its will. She turns off the engine and gets out of the car. She knows that she can never leave the farm now. She is the creature's captive, and she will be for the rest of her days.
